So I know a lot of people are keeping up with some more than others, but heres the list of what I'm keeping up with this season as well as the ones I dropped:
Keeping Up:
1) Parasyte -the maxim-
2) Your Lie in April
3) Durarara x2
4) Aldnoah.Zero
5) Yowamushi Pedal
6) Kuroko's Basketball
7) Tokyo Ghoul
8) Death Parade
So all of these anime are amazing, especially Parasyte which is a top notch anime IMO. If you want gore/fighting/both you should 100% watch Parasyte and Tokyo Ghoul ~also watch TG for Kankei *swoons*~ Durarara is one of those anime which I'm not sure what catagory it falls into but its just so interesting and awesome, its all about gangs and mystic legends within Tokyo and its just banging. Plus the crew is so cool, I wanna be a part of it and eat a hot pot with them .｡･ﾟﾟ･(＞_＜)･ﾟﾟ･｡.! Both Yowamushi Pedal and Kuroko's Basketball are A1 sports anime, and I've never watched sports anime or really been interested in pursuing them, but these two have sucked me in and theyre so crazy, they make sports seem like you have magical powers or something of the sort. Aldnoah Zero is a cool mecha, and tbh I watch it mainly for the action, the storyline is okay, as well as the characters; still something you should watch though, especially if youre into mecha!
I JUST caught up on Death Parade last week and a lot of people sleep on it so thats why I'm giving a good explanation of it. The opener makes me so happy and the anime is just starting to get really interesting with character development, but it also has a strong basis of the anime; it focuses on this purgatory state you wind up in after you die, and you play a game to either enter heaven or hell. AT FIRST, this anime seems like its gonna be gory but tbh this anime has a shocking amount of feels and oddly enough it almost strikes me in a feel-good way? even though its about death? and don't get me wrong, there are some really messed up parts and it goes 0-100 in a second. Overall it has a great pacing between character development and story progression, as well as good balance between all the emotions it evokes, so its probably my favorite one of the winter season.

Yo, all of these anime I dropped after the first like..2 episodes. I tried to give them a chance but theyre such the type of anime that arent created for the story, but more to fit the appeal of what people want and they just suck. Boring Girlfriend is just how it sounds, its boring and too much fanservice, plus they make pretty much all the girls dumb and I personally can't STAND those types, so this anime was just not for me. Cute High started off cute but the story is so boring and repetitive, like some kid at their school is mad and hates the world and then becomes some ridiculous monster that the ONE blondie of the crew stops almost immediately with the power of love and ugh, so lame. Honestly people must only watch it cause of the cute guys. Gourmet Girl looked really cute, but its overly sexualizing extremely underage girls eating food like I literally feel like I'm watching porn when I watch it, and I'm not some 17 year old weeaboo boy who jacks off to egirls so I was definitely over it. Sorry if you like these and you see me trashing them, but you gotta agree these are anime made to cater, not to be of any substance.
